Just to show where my allegiance lies - this is 2006 at a sloth rescue centre...

Well done round - a bite at a time x
Today I
- woke up at 5.00
- had to get my own breakfast
- saw DH off to his clinic appointment at 8.00
- did a few bits of admin whilst waiting for a particular Government office to open, so that I could ring them. I actually got a reasonable answer to my query!
- slogged my way round the gym despite being deathly tired and having a stiff neck
- came home, gobbled some lunch, too late now to put chicken thighs for tea in the SC
- went for an eye test: the cataract in my right eye is growing faster than the one in my left eye, but neither is quite bad enough for the optician to refer me to the horse piddle atm
- took Rosie for her walk
- decided to use the main oven to roast the chicken thighs and at the same time bake jacket potatoes to go with them and also make scones because K is coming to help me tomorrow morning
- took an extra dose of parrots to rid myself of the neck pain
- sort-of watched some of the quiz programmes, but kept falling asleep.
I'm still not in bed, but the neck is more comfortable now, so I'm hoping for a better night. See you all tomorrow xxx

Morning all. Hope you're all ok today and had a good nights sleep.
I'm up early as we have workmen in today so as soon as it's daylight I'm taking Poppet for her walk.
DD has been decluttering in her house so offloaded a lot of dog paraphernalia here yesterday. It's from when she used to dog share with us before DGD2 was born. So first job today will be sorting that out. I think a lot may be posted on fb.
in theory I should get a lot of flying done today. I'll report back later.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.9 -

Oh my days Narc0 what a lovely photo. Look at it's little face. Serious sloth envy here now. Fayolle - ooops sorry - but if I hadn't have said we wouldn't have seen this photo. So sorry, not sorry. Can you ever forgive me? Beg. Grovel.
Good luck to pigger's OH for this afti. Everything is crossed. Xx
I'm up, made my bed, dressed, packed my lunch, eaten breakfast and I'm having a brew.
It's very foggy but not freezing this morning. I need to set off a wee bit earlier and call in at Mr M's for motion lotion. Half term here so the traffic should be OK.
I woke up with BD sat on my stomach but I'm hoping he'll gnaw a bone and leave me alone today.
Better get a move on.
Love to all. Have a good day.
