Exactly what @CurlySue2017 said OP. It's a horrid situation to find yourself in. I hope it resolves itself very soon and that Karma catches up with the tenants.

Thank you to everyone with their kind words. I think I’m most probably dyslexic and my late night post often confuse. The tenants daughter is in her early 20s, also named on tenancy agreement. The main tenant ( only one that turns up at court and definitely in charge) stated in court her daughter had moved out on advice from her health visitor . (Yes I agree she lies and I do believe the judge saw through her ) The breathing space has been granted due to Stepchange not the judge and we were challenging that as the tenant has always maintained no issue with affording rent on all documents. She has a habit of contradicting herself eg when she viewed house it was in dark as lights not working, / didn’t view house before signing contracts The list is endless. Oh and she has ptsd, blood cancer and long Covid2

We have been granted a hearing tomorrow to try to left the breathing space. Our solicitor was surprised but it seems they have responded to her email. Unsure at this stage if the baliffs would be reinstated the same day like last time or if that appointment has been cancelled so need to have locksmith and dog handler in standby. We have appointed a barrister to attend court also.11
