If you are sure you submitted your DQ to CCBC you could forward the same DQ with proof that you submitted it earlier but do NOT fail to file it again in case the CCBC issue a judgment in default for failing to file a DQ!2

Would a call to the CCBC be good enough to get this back on track?0 -
If you have the auto acknowledgement then you should be OK, we know that CCBC are some way behind!1

Okay, another couple of months and there's been some movement finally.
I received a Notice of Allocation today for a hearing in December so I guess that gives me time to get my defence lined up and squared away.0 -

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You mean your WS bundle. That Order tells you the deadline for filing & serving that.
But don't disappear, we need you!
Did you know that the law is changing and (hopefully) creating a fairer regime that stops this litigation culture? I'm on the Government Steering Group creating the new statutory Code of Practice. This is what I've been working on since 2020 with the DLUHC and others.
We sincerely hope that you are au fait with the need to respond to the final Government Public Consultation?
We all need to ram the nail in the coffin of the false £70 'DRA fee' add-on, that actually funds the court claim and toxic CCJ culture. Please come back here when it opens. If you are not a regular reader, to be alerted you'll need to bookmark the thread by MSE_JC at the top of the forum and enable (on your profile) email alerts for bookmarked threads.
The announcement & final update is expected this month from the DLUHC.
Please come back in a couple of weeks or in August. Not only will you want to respond to the Government with your own evidence (and it will only be open for a few weeks) but there may well be very useful wording in the draft Impact Assessment that you will wish to build into your WS.

What I meant by "defence" was very clearly that I need to compile my evidence.
Glad I checked though because I didn't realise that I needed to do this before the case comes to court.

Thanks for clarifying, yes, exactly this.
I have until 3 days before the hearing to do this, so I have time and will definitely come back next month.0
