Help Needed! Please can I get some feedback on my defence.

These are the Defence and WS docs I used in my case, hopefully they can be of use to someone dealing with UK Parking Control (UKPC), DCB Legal (DCBL) or in a situation where there is no Pay and Display and the defendant has been accused of leaving the site.

The site in question in this case was Stevenage Leisure Park.

Ladies and gentlemen it seems we can close the book on this case as I've just received a N279 Notice of Discontinuance!

I want to thank everyone who has posted advice in this thread over the past months, @Coupon-mad (consistent and patient ), @Le_Kirk, @1505grandad, @KeithP, @Boat_to_Bolivia (who linked the Umkomaas thread on DCB) and @Umkomaas (you can add my case to the list of early discontinuances by a certain DCB Legal). 

Should I reshare my WS (redacted this time) for future use and perhaps add some tags to the thread for easy search results?

Congratulations, what was the court date? do you know if they paid the correct fee and filled the correct paperwork?

They don't pay the hearing fee.

They just duck out.  We have a whole thread of 204 examples of this in just over a year.

Date was set as 14th December
