My Experian account is wrong and completely different MSE Club account

I've been intermittently checking my credit rating on Experian free account and it's been stuck at 752 for months despite me doing all the right things all my adult life when it comes to borrowing. Today I had a closer look and it said on Experian that I don't have any credit accounts, mortgages or loans on record. Which I do, I have 2 credit cards and a mortgage...
So I joined the MSE Credit Club to see if I could get more detail without paying £14.99. To my suprise all my accounts and details were 100% correct on MSE and my credit score was a much more expected 977.
So I'm a bit confused. I've used Experian since 2016 on the same account and email address and it has been accurate in the past. Has anyone ever heard of this issue before? It seems I have two Experian credit records and when I login I go to the blank one, but when I use MSE Credit Club I get the correct details and account.
I assume I will need to contact Experian to get this corrected, but it seems really strange and I'm worried that if I contact them to fix this they will mess something else up. Thanks for and help or reassurance. Rob

Raise a query with Experian. But don't mention the score differences or expect them to align, as neither are accurate and both can be ignored in equal measure.0

Are there any differences between the 2 other than the missing accounts. Middle name used in one but not in other etc. I wonder if it may have separated you on 2 different profiles because of this?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Budgeting & Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Credit File & Ratings and Energy boards.
