But the DLUHC's Impact Assessment will be this month so stick around and learn about how that (hopefully) helps your case.

    Hi there,

    The Following statement

If this was a residential site where the driver lives or was a permitted visitor, state those parking rights

Can someone point me to those parking rights

    Thank you

They are in your lease/AST. Read it and see what it says or doesn't say about parking.

They are in your lease.  EVEN if yours is a tenancy agreement that is silent about parking, obviously you have rights of access and an expectation of 'peaceful enjoyment' of the property, as a a resident!

Why not just crib some wording from the Residential defences I already link in the NEWBIES thread to show people with claims like yours, what to say?

I feel quite sad that no-one seems to read half the resources that I put and link there.

  • Hey , I have submitted the defence to the email as a stated on the noobie guide.

I have received an email from the claimants solicitors that has a DQ attached ..

Do I need to do anything with this ? Is there anything I should do in regards to post defence submittal ?

I know the guide states to wait for the DQand prepare a witness statement when received a court date. Will I be notified by email when these happen ?

    Thanks for your help
