According to my records, it used to be dpo@pcm-uk.co.uk but is now info@pcm-uk.co.uk.  Is the letter you received actually a letter before/of claim giving you 30 days to respond or is it a debt recovery letter dressed up as a LBC giving you 14 days to respond?  If it is a proper LBC you could follow the advice in the NEWBIE sticky to tell the solicitors that you are seeking debt advice etc...........

  • thank you for the email, saw the info@ but thought there maybe a specific email..

Oh wow, didn't realise they will be that dirty lol..

Looks like its LBC with 30 days

So I plan to request SAR from PCM

I also will be emailing the solicitor in regards to seeking debt advice as mentioned on the newbie guide.

  • When should I send the emails, shall I wait until its closer to the 30 days, or shall I send asap ?
  • plan to send the following

    TO PCM

    TO GS

Don't offer them the chance to slow down the process by asking if they require more info to prove who you are (and certainly don't send photo evidence such as driving licence or passport) as the copy of their letter and a copy of your V5C should be enough proof.
  • And when shall Iook to send it to them

You will wait one calendar month for your data from a SAR so best to submit now, although the information received will be more useful at witness statement stage rather than defence.
