Dear forum members, just to update, the debt collectors are back again, i have a received a letter from DBCL (Ltd). More of a letter to scare, i noticed it says this case is not subject to High Court or bailiff action. I have read few specific posts on this topic, as suggested i will not respond/contact DCBL. The letters are bit stressful for my wife but we will deal with it and as we cant let practice like this to succeed, we need to stand up to things like this. We will keep an eye for letter coming out from DCBL (Legal) and ask for further advise in this forum. Just one question Should I now ask or SAR from Euro Car park please or wait for a letter from DBC legal. Thanks for all the help and advise from this forum, looks like the fight need to continue.

MPs and campaigners are fighting for statutory regulation for the private parking industry to protect motorists from their sharp practices.

I ask you to join the campaign by signing/share this petition demanding the re-launch of a Govt-backed Parking Code of Practice. 🙏

Leave any SAR until later in the process,  typically after the N180 stage after a court claim has been issued,  so in a few months time

Meanwhile,  wait for the Letter of Claim from DCB Legal

Did you miss that this exact letter chain is already shown in pictures in the NEWBIES thread 4th post? Please re-read it. We don't need to see these in threads.

Ignore the debt collectors letters,  come back to this thread if or when you receive a Letter of Claim. Tell them your new address if you move house within 6 years.

DO NOT PAY. DO NOT PHONE ANYONE.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Dear forum members, I need help. Today I received Judgement for Claimant (in default) from DCB Legal Ltd. This is the first letter I have ever received from the court, I never received a letter from DCB Legal Ltd,  the ones received before were from Direct Collection Balliffs Ltd. The letter is just one A4 size page, has two sides, one side has message from HM Courts & Tribunals Service and on the other side has Judgment for Claimant (both sides of the letters copied below). There is no other document in the envelope. The letter says you have not replied to the claim form hence you are ordered to pay £312.  One side of the letter says that you must respond to the claim before the response date else the claimant could request a CCJ but on the other side it says details of this judgement will be entered in a public register. I never received a claim form, my address has not changed in the past 5 years and I always receive letters without any problem. Please guide me through the next steps. Thank you so much for the help.

There have been quite a lot of these default judgments recently,  possibly a failure at the CNBC   ?

I strongly suggest that you study other recent default Judgment cases within the last 2 months and check the advice given in them

On a side note  , FYI , Coupon-mad is on holiday,  but you should check her posts on here,  plus a few other replies by other knowledgeable members

A complaint to your local MP is also a good idea,  as well as a written complaint to hmcourts too

Study threads and replies by doubkedotcom too, such as the CNBC LOSING THE PLOT case

Ps , change your thread title to something more suitable like

ECP DCB Legal default CCJ due to CNBC error

Thank you Gr1pr, i have read most of the recent default judgement and personally dont see other option but to pay. Because if the case need to be set aside then there is almost £300 fees which is almost same as what i need to pay, While i want to fight and that is the reason did everything so far but this seem to not make sense to me anymore. I am gutted that the system works this way, have not received any claim forms etc as i was very careful with posts knowing this is going on, and now in this situation.
