Anyone having trouble registering a Kroo account?

My daughter opened an account without any glitches whatsoever around 2.15 this afternoon. 

Applicatiion was completed in under 5 minutes and approved within 10. All very smooth,

I phoned kroo up and was just given advice to wait until tomorrow lunch time as there is a bug in the app since today that is preventing text messages being sent when logging in if the application crashed while signing up & they will pass my details onto the app team so they can let me know when it's fixed but it might start working tomorrow.

I asked specifically whether they are just fixing issues in peoples accounts as they are reported, or whether they are working on a fix. They said it's a fix.

I said it's already been going on for a week and they said that problem was fixed and now it's a different problem. Which I'm a little skeptical about.

I had the issue with the app freezing, but all it takes is patience. If one of the pages freezes, just wait a minute and IT WILL unfreeze and let you continue.

I applied a day before the MSE announcement and my account is still not opened.

I'm trying to register for a account. I've got the verification code but I can't put it in as all the numbers go in the first box and don't move along! Any one got past this stage?

Scrap that i've been able to move on one screen to the putting your name page but won't go further lol

And I give up for the day ... I'll try again later! Even after a phone reboot it's having none of it

I've had the same app issues as other people (pages freezing/ hanging & buttons showing as disabled/ greyed), & have tried multiple times to register an account.  I experienced this issue on multiple pages (although the 'password' page was the worst.

In case it helps others that are having the same issues, I wanted to let others know that I typed my chosen password & then found that I had to wait around 2-3 minutes for the 'Continue' button to become enabled (& when I was able to tap the button, it was perhaps also around the same wait again for the next page to appear).  If pages (or parts of them) are hanging/ freezing, I'd  therefore just recommend keeping the page open & waiting a few minutes...& hopefully all the functionality will load sooner or later.
