I want to put on record that the CEBG.legal website FALSELY claims to be by Court Enforcement UK Ltd of 424 London Road. This is identity theft has been reported to Action Fraud. This company and address have nothing to do with the demand for payment so the demands must be fraudulent. The two telephone numbers given on the website are not connected to this company and presumably operated by the fraudsters. I am told they do not provide any details of the fictional offence, simply insisting on payment.
Two companies have been created and registered at 424 London Road, without permission and without making any contact, and appear to be related to the fraud. CEBG Limited and Court Enforcement Bailiffs Group Ltd. Clearly an attempt to have similar names to the genuine company named above. My guess, even the named directors of these two companies are unknowing scape goats but I don't know.
On speaking to some of the people writing to 424 London Road about this scam, I found even after telling them this was a fraud they still felt uneasy that someone may arrive and take their car. With this in mind you may wish to take a screen shot of this post.
As a director fo Court Enforcement UK Ltd I confirm the company has not issued any demands for parking penalties and so any such demand is fraudulent, are not enforceable and should not be paid.
On the basis of the identity theft, we have tried to get the CEBG.legal website taken down by internet.bs, who appear to be the registrars, but without success. If anyone else has the skills or knowledge to do this your help would be appreciated.

It is already in hand, and the poster trying to achieve that succeeded last year in taking down the old website the fraudsters had created.
You are right, everyone affected must report this to Action Fraud, not that they actually stopped these people last time, clearly, given they've just phoenixed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I discovered this company yesterday. A colleague informed me of their existence. THEY ARE A SCAM AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Ask me how I know…….For full disclosure I am a Court Certified Enforcement Agent and have been for the past 8 years. They have listed on their site 20 or so certified agents who are all real CCEA’s. Here’s the thing though my name is amongst them and neither I nor any of the others actually work for them. They have obtained our genuine details from the MOJ who publicly publish it.Ihave spent several hours since yesterday evening reporting them to Action Fraud the Police and the MOJ. I am aware that industry bodies are also reporting this company via official channels too.
They don’t even have a company address. If you search the one published it leads to a firm of accountants in Essex a well known tactic of companies hiding their identity.
My advice is don’t deal with them. I called them today and the girl who answered “Ashleigh” didn’t have a clue. Companies operating within the law correctly do not hide behind an email and 1 telephone number.10 -
I have copied my comments below from a related thread as I feel they are so important

I have since heard from internet.bs saying they do not host so cannot change the content of a website, so I replied asking them to take the whole website down and included "By allowing this website to continue you are aiding this fraud and I assume will be jointly liable for this fraud."4 -
You will note the Cost Enforcement Bailiff letter does not give any details on how to pay, (unless there is something on the reverse side). It is only on going to the website CEBG.legal you find payment details - and this is the site false claiming to be my company as detailed in the post above.3

The lack of any real regulation of private parking and the hideous number of private parking charges being issued each day makes it so easy for such scammers to jump in and take full advantage of the vulnerability, the anxiety and the confusion of those slammed with unexpected parking charges dropping through their letterboxes. 10 million in the past 12 months! One scam piggybacking on another! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
