After reading the articles on this page I have also been a victim of this scam, please watch out for this and do report to action fraud. Some of the grammar on this letter is incorrect if you examine closely!!0

Have you had any previous correspondence from 'Atlas Parking Services Ltd' - like parking charge notices? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

They don't exist, do they?
For new readers, the bailiff letter is nothing of the sort and is a scam to be reported to Action Fraud.
The data source is not the DVLA.
Last time these criminals tried this scam using different lett-heading, we worked out that the likely data source (because they have your car reg, your name & address and often they spam text a phone number too) seems to be from data that people put online in connection with a quote for insurance for doing Deliveroo or similar driving jobs.
Can you recall who you put your car reg in online to last year and whether you got any quotes for food delivery insurance?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You have blacked out the "Enforcement agents reference number"... Why???
As Umkomaas has pointed out, you need to immediately go onto the Atlas parking website, go to their payment page and enter your reg and the reference: (Removed by Forum Team) and see if there is indeed a PCN against those details. No paying, of course, but you need to check.
We need to see if any of these references are real and, if so, what is the connection between Atlas Parking and CEB. The BPA need to be alerted to this scam and they should be told that if there is any connection between one of their members and this scam they should be held jointly liable for any future prosecution.
The DVLA should also be alerted as there is a very strong likelihood that they are giving out keeper details that are being used in a scam and they should know also that they may be held liable for any misuse of data they have given out to a PPC because of their claim that the BPA is somehow able to regulate their members and therefore is a legitimate or regulated ATA.
It's a pity you started a separate thread as there is one already running and this would have been better placed in there.1 -
They don't exist, do they?Atlas Enforcement are BPA AOS operators. Atlas Parking Services, not BPA, but both have the same individual running them. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
