Also is replying/declining to DCB Legal email for without prejudice offer all i need to do or do i need to notify the cort of my intention to decline.

1. So my evidence bundle must be sent to both by 28th July. and if the court has not received from them DCB Legal £27 or a properly completed application by 18th August then the court will strike out their case against me.

1. Don't rely on them not paying - they will, especially if you do not submit your WS and Evidence Bundle. 

2. What do you mean 'send them my witness statement again'. Do you mean your 'Defence'?  That's not your WS. Have you looked at the example by @aphex007 as advised by @Coupon-mad above. That will show you what to write and the evidence you will be able to submit. 

As things stand, this will not go away. If you don't submit a WS and EB, DCB Legal will file for judgment, you'll have a CCJ against you with full costs awarded, and if you don't pay by due date, your credit will be hog-tied for 6 years. Do not let that happen as it will have such a devastating affect on your financial well-being .

@Chilli_Nugget, just prepare your WS as described above. Nothing out of the ordinary has happened. You are playing the game and UKPC/DCB Legal are hoping you'll poop your pants, capitulate and pay into their scam like so many other gullible victims.

When the bottom-dwelling duo realise that you are not one of the gullible pant poopers (are you?) they will discontinue.

We all need to ram the nail in the coffin of the false £70 'DRA fee' add-on, that actually funds the court claim and toxic CCJ culture, as well as the DRA and roboclaim 'legals' gaslighting of people.

Tell your MP about this firm and ask him/her to investigate this with the MoJ

You are now number 164 on the DCBL discontinuation thread.   No doubt there are many more we don't know about.  That means that they sent 164 N279 Notices and wasted the time and money of courts around the country
