@shinytop does it say the difference between the two anywhere?
Yes. Turbo is the high temp solution where they assume no pipework or rad changes. Eco is the low temp, 'normal' heat pump. Hopefully this link explains

I can't help feeling that there could eventually be a mis-selling scandal over the "turbo" option.  But I suppose if you are saving over £2000 then it will take a while until the total extra running costs overtakes the saving in installation cost.

Has anyone noticed if Octopus have put through a price rise around 1 April for heat pumps and installation? They've been stalling giving me a quote since about 20 March and I finally got the final quote today and it's a little higher than the original quote (which may be valid) but much higher than the indicative quote given to me after the survey.

They now offer two types of install, the more expensive includes radiator upgrades and runs more efficiently at low temps, the other one runs at higher temps and is designed as just a gas boiler replacement plus hot water cylinder - they recently emailed me to say the cost of a previous quote at circa 4k (high temp design)  had gone up by a grand but they would honour the cheaper quote if I wanted to go ahead pronto. As it happens, waiting to see what the warm homes grant offers, if and when it turns up in my area as household income is under 36k and EPC is D.

The general view is that you want the system to be as open as possible, because heat pumps are not efficient if they don't have enough system volume.

I think Building Regulations oblige them to fit TRVs.  You might be able to pay extra to have smart TRVs but it's debateable whether these are a good idea with a heat pump.

If memory serves, at least one forum regular has said their heat pump works best with them all set to MAX, with the temperature control mostly via lockshield valve adjustment and weather compensation.
