I have been looking for examples of witness statements, following the Newbies thread. They mention examples from @_blueberry_ @vincentvega27, but i cannot see where these examples are actually shown, could someone point them out with a link please.0

If you click on either of those blue links it will open up their forum activity page. If you scroll down you will see the threads they started. No doubt the WS you seek will be in the latter half of one of their threads3

Thank you, i managed to find it. I am trying to find one that may be more aligned with my case (residential dispute).0

Reading through @_blueberry_ witness statement, they use an example case of Civil Enforcement Limited v Chan(Ref. E7GM9W44) which states the vagueness of the POC, through the inability to explain the breach of conduct. I feel that this can be used in my case as the POC is also very vague in that it does not explain the breach of conduct. Thoughts ? :0
-
Yes you can as the POC does not state what the specific breach of T&Cs was1

Do i need to provide my entire tenancy agreement within my WS to prove that i am a tenant within the property ? I worry about this as that is quite clearly going to be larger than 50 pages which i know is the limit for most courts for them to print. With this i do not have the option supply a hardcopy to the court before the date of the hearing.0

Do i need to provide my entire tenancy agreement within my WS to prove that i am a tenant within the property ?You can provide an extract of your tenancy agreement in your WS of anything that relates to parking, need or otherwise to display any permits etc etc. Anything is doesn’t say is just as powerful as your tenancy takes primacy over a silly sign you allegedly entered a contract with1
