I wasn't suggesting that- they used to have them looong ago!
 I use bags & write on the panels
However I will try the masking tape on boxes because the Sharpie ink won't come off when you want it to!!

I didn't think you were but there are some people who tend to go "oh Lakeland!!" even if there is the same item or similar available elsewhere for a fraction of the price.  I've got a friend who goes there specially as he's convinced that even when it's identical but more expensive in Lakeland that some how makes it better quality.  He's reasonably intelligent too (but obvious dumb in some ways!!!)

I use a piece cut off a Brillo type pad to remove marker pen writing from plastic containers.

I don't get nametapes now for the grandkids clothes. Just a biro and write their initials on the label - different from all the unlabelled lost property!

I'm another that uses masking table to label boxes for the freezer. I use those take away type boxes from the £ shop. They stack well and are an ideal size for 2 portions of chilli, Bolognese etc. Although I reuse mine over and over, I'm not sure if they will be affected by the coming rules on disposable plastic so I bought a new pack in reserve just in case.

The masking tape only works if you don't move your frozen items very much, as the glue becomes useless when frozen. So, you will still have your freezer surprises, and a handful of loose labels at the bottom

Ive found that a permanent marker on freezer boxes works well as long as its on the smooth part. And once its frozen it comes of easy .

I already use masking tape on boxes for the freezer as I always have masking tape for my little granddaughter to use making things. Sometimes she makes patterns with it on the floor...
I'd never thought of just mixing jam into yogurt so I'll be trying that x
