That too is already in the Newbies thread.
It is a step detailed in bargepole's 'court procedures' thread, linked for all Defendants to read under the red capitals heading 'IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN' in the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread.
You should be already expecting every stage.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for responding, as said previously I find it really really difficult to navigate the site due to my dyslexia. Sorry if I am a pain. I've been looking for 30 mins and cannot find it. Would be helpful if someone doesn't mind providing me with the link to make it easier for me.Coupon-mad said:That too is already in the Newbies thread.

D1 states Do you consider that this claim is suitable for determination without a hearing i.e by a judge reading and considering case papers etc - if no please provide reasons why. All thee other questions though numbered differently are the some

I have just had an email from the landlord stating that they have sent an email to UKPC for them to cancel the charge. I have still sent my N180 just in case it goes pear shaped. Should I send the email to court and UKPC? thanks2

You don't send a copy of that to the court but it won't harm you to send a copy to UKPC. No idea if their "robo-claim" system will actually be able to decipher it though as they all seem to be intellectually challenged at that company.zane1998 said:I have just had an email from the landlord stating that they have sent an email to UKPC for them to cancel the charge. If UKPC proceed with the claim, include the email at the Witness Statement/Exhibits stage which comes much later in the processI married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

The chances are that UKPC will tell the landlord it cannot be cancelled because it's now in the hands of DCBL.zane1998 said:I have just had an email from the landlord stating that they have sent an email to UKPC for them to cancel the charge. That of course would be rubbish, UKPC instructed DCBL and they can dis-instruct them just as quickly
Hope the landlord will be wise to this
UKPC would be wise to call off DCBL because if this did end up in court, they and DCBL would be mincemeat in the hands of a judge ...... wasting the courts time and you can claim your costs3
