See bullet point 4 in the first post of the Template Defence Announcement near to top of the thread index list.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I am having a nightmare finding it as the person who supports me is not available.  Are you able to provide the link? if you read above, I do have issues with reading etc as I have dyslexia

Ignore that, all part of the well travelled path that should lead to a DCB Legal discontinuation.

  • As Umkomaas says above.

Standard copy and paste from DCBL to which people who have not found this forum are the subject of a money mugging.
In your case DCBL are fully aware that a court spanking awaitis them, will they trick you

Let's face it, with all the discontinuations DCBL do, what court judge would believe anything they say

You were expecting that letter, of course. It's listed in the first 12 steps in the Template Defence.
