Got an email this afternoon informing me that I am now eligible to use the connections feature. The connections tab a number of you have been talking about (but has previously not been present in my profile) is now there, and I can link bank accounts now :)
I got the notification this afternoon too.

However Lloyds, Nationwide, Halifax, Virgin and RBS all give me an Error 'Link no longer exists'

    Is this common

I have just added Halifax, Natwest, RBS and Nationwide. Starling failed because I have a Euro account there.

I've rebooted my phone and the errors have now gone 👍

I had issues at first, but I think it was due to my privacy extensions blocking cookies, etc. Used a different browser without them and then I had no issues.

Could someone remind me where these connections are to be found on the app? I reached the £50 and haven't done many surveys since so whether I'll be invited is another question. No email yet.

Edit - found connections online, nothing yet.

    Grrrrr haha.

Someone posted a screen earlier, which I've quoted. The connections tab appears across the top alongside the other sections.

Unsure what it looks like on the app (if it even appears there) as I've only ever accessed it through the website

I don't think it is on the app tbh as I can never find it.

I'll just wait and hope for an e-mail, I don't do the TV history etc so the finance bit really was the main earner, can't be bothered with surveys alone due to the £50 threshold.

    Thanks though.
  • Looking at that screenshot, I guess there is definitely a bonus to being a plus member, as I only earn 25 points for uploading my viewing history these days.

Do you have to be invited to be a plus member?

You can't currently use Connections in the app BUT when you add your bank accounts in your browser, you can scan the Open Banking QR code on your phone, and then use your banking app on the phone to complete the connection. If you use biometrics to log into your banking app, it then just takes seconds to get the connection done.

I've already settled with the idea that I'm not among the chosen ones... received my invitation to join the club.  I'm not sure what the criteria is but very happy to be back on the bribe boat.
UI is so much better, no purple background and everything is clearly displayed.  Took me a while to get the process rolling. First entry was connected and the consequent ones failed.  It appeared that after each connection I had to close all windows and start again. They didn't accept multiple accounts from the same bank, but luckily I have enough banks with recent transactions to qualify me for 10 connections.  The bribe is not as generous as the old one was, but still good - £15 p/m for very little time and effort.

    Finally got the connections invite.
Is there a 10 account limit on it like yougov finance? Doesn't seem to mention one
