As I mentioned yesterday, I've also had trouble with adding a bank (or rather, reconnecting). I tried again today and had the same issue, however I thought I'd try deleting all my YouGov cookies and when I tried again it worked first time so I would suggest doing that.SamDude said:I've had the invite for Banking Connections but when I try to add a connection, it errors out after authenticating the account ("Error... please try later").
It doesn't matter if I authenticate via the bank website or via the banking mobile app - this has happened with Halifax (tried 3/4 times) and twice with my Amex card.

I've had the Banking Connections appear for me when I checked just now. However, pressing 'Connect' just kicks me back to the Yougov homepage, and nothing happens. Tried on Chrome and Edge, same thing on both.0

It quite literally just says 'Connections' on the menu bar at the top of the screen. My guess is you're on mobile so you're not seeing it (since I just downloaded the app and saw it's not there).antuk said:

Also, the Banking Connections seems to be working for me now. Just mentioning this in case they've enabled it on a bunch of other people's accounts in the last couple of days that didn't have it previously (like me), so might be worth checking.0 -
