That looks like a normal Yougov account not a Yougov Safe account? If you have no connections tab, the previous safe tab should be there instead, they just renamed it.simonsmithsays said:No Connections short cut for me

This is my Yougov account page
I am a Yougov plus member
My banks have been connected for about 10 days

Connections doesn't show on a mobile, and it only shows automatically on my tablet in landscape. In portrait you have to click on "my account" in top right. I still don't have banks. We're those who have it already part of Yougov Plus, so getting it early?0

As far as I remember you only get a few banks initially listed and have to do a search for othersqbadger said:
Could you screenshot which banks/providers are currently supported, please?PoppaP said:I've had access to this since 12th August. They are paying 5 daily points for current accounts and credit cards, and 2 daily points for savings accounts. Not all banks/lenders are currently listed.
I've 4 bank accounts and 2 savings accounts registered so far.
I get 50 points per day from
Bank of Scotland 15
Ulster 5
TSB 5
Natwest 5
Halifax 15
Santander 5
Obviously where I get 15 there are 3 banks in the group1 -
It only gives you a short list with the main ones* and otherwise you search for what you're looking for. It seems to be a much better system than the previous implementation, using open banking via a service provided by Plaid; I was surprised that I was able to link to my Chase current account. Virgin Money's on there again but I didn't try it as it rarely worked in its previous guise. One I noticed that isn't listed is Kroo.qbadger said:

The 3 account numbers in Bank of Scotland are exactly the same as the 3 account numbers in Halifax.
Anyone else noticed this ?1 -

It seems like a random roll out. I have it but I don't have YouGov Plus and my mum's still waiting for it on her account.bioboybill said:We're those who have it already part of Yougov Plus, so getting it early?1 -
Is anyone else having trouble collecting points on Amazon shopping? I've never had any problems before but for the past few weeks I've been getting the following message:
