My most recent reconsents were bang on 14 days if I recall, I was waiting for it

Has anyone ever had to raise a support ticket, and if so, was it ever resolved?
I redeemed 10000 in quick succession but have only received the one £50 payment. In hindsight, I probably should have done it on separate days but I was impatient. I’ve Submitted a query using their online form and still waiting for a reply..0 -
Mine are usually ready to reconsent 13 days before expiry, never been able to 14 days before. Also not all of them are available first thing in the morning. I have 10 accounts all added same day and showing 13 days remaining but only 5 have a reconsent button in the morning, as for the other 5 the reconsent button appears by late afternoon. I guess I must have initially added the 10 accounts at different times in the day.orange-juice said:Has anyone ever had to raise a support ticket, and if so, was it ever resolved?

Ghsh I've had to contact them twice for not receiving my £50 bank transfer. Once in December lat year after I hadn't received the £50 in my account about a week after redeeming, got the below reply after 2 days, not sure why they were talking about a voucher being sent to my email address but I received the £50 in my account a day or two after they replied to my ticket.
"Hello,Thank you for writing in. Hope you are doing well. Our records indicate that the voucher was sent to you on Dec 06 from rewards@reward.tremendous.com. I have resent the voucher to your registered email address on Dec 15, please check your inbox or spam folder. If you still face any issue, please let me know so that we can investigate the details.Kind Regards,Vanetia and YouGov support team"
I raised another ticket last week about the same issue but the £50 arrived in my account before they responded.2 -

It's 13 but just like the weekly cooldown for YG Safe, a day means to the exact hour so it could show 14 in the morning, 13 later in the day.5
