A big THANK YOU to @creditavenger for figuring out that some of the old Virgin savings account still count. It seems the Home Buyer Coach accounts get ignored, but all the Easy Access Savers seem to attract 100 points each. Definitely worth adding them if you have any hanging about.1

I am unable to log in as they no longer send an access code to my email address and they keep sending the same generic email in response to my messages when I attempt to contact their support. No you're not alone, I posted about the same issue on this discussion six days ago but these guys are too busy reaping (multiple) rewards to be concerned with our problems
I actually resent that YouGov has access to my accounts and I can't even login to check my points balance. As you say their support/tech team are useless.I think the original post on this discussion is right, it is "too good to be true"

If you resent them then why not revoke your permissions for them to access your accounts? No bribe, no access.I actually resent that YouGov has access to my accounts and I can't even login to check my points balance. As you say their support/tech team are useless.
Factually not true, I'm £50 up.I think the original post on this discussion is right, it is "too good to be true"

How do I go about revoking access? I could see on one of my accounts where it was given the option but not the others.I'd be more than happy for them to have access to my accounts if it would just allow me to login. I had access for all of four days after signing up before this issue occurred in which time I'd linked 8 accounts but it's been a week and a half of no access now. It's rather a one way street wouldn't you agree!I'm glad you're all getting yours though so at least it does work

Go into your bank's app and locate the permissions you have given. Then delete it. All participating banks offer this option.ConsistentlyLost said:True

Nobody here can solve your yougov login problems. Please direct your ire at yougov, not at people whose information you are otherwise quite happy to use for your own benefit.ConsistentlyLost said:No you're not alone, I posted about the same issue on this discussion six days ago but these guys are too busy reaping (multiple) rewards to be concerned with our problems

In your banking app, or online banking there will/should* be an access dashboard, for controlling third party/open banking access.
The exact menu varies, but look for Open Banking Connections, or Manage access.
* Some accounts (Tesco bank) require a telephone call to change access, and some (looking at you Revolut) don't allow managing/revoking access at all, which are breach of CMA Open Banking requirements, albeit clearly isn't enforced.0 -
Probably yet another reason why Revolut just can't manage to the a UK banking licence. Their cavalier approach to anything that smacks of rules and decent customer service is their worst enemy.k_man said:

Tesco bank also don't have an access dashboard, and there may be others (that I haven't found yet).Band7 said:
