Did you previously know the joint account holders email address?creditavenger said:
I found that you couldn't do this. It was rejected with a message saying the account had already been registered under the joint account holders email.pafpcg said:Update on my attempts to register a joint TSB current account: success!
I allowed Yougov Finance to access my TSB joint current account on Tuesday and 500 points were added to my rewards yesterday.
Next step will be to check if the joint account can also be registered and given reward points by the other joint holder...
Surprisingly it quoted the joint account holders email address. Surely a breach of GDPR!0 -
Presumably this is the email address the joint account holder used to sign up to YouGov with rather than the email address used to apply for the joint bank account. Unlikely YouGov would know if they are one and the same.kipsterno1 said:

A quick update on my 'missing' YouGov reward payments situation.
I'm delighted to report that two £50 payments were sent to my bank account early this morning.
This still leaves a further two owing, but gives me significant hope that they will arrive at some point.
Mrs Creditavenger was in a similar situation to me and waiting for two 'missing' £50 payments from her cashout on 15th Jan.
One of these payments arrived in her account this morning. Hopefully her outstanding one will arrive soon.
So despite my earlier concerns about this being game over for us, it looks like we will be OK going forwards.

Just wanted to thank the OP for this post. Signed up on Sunday and just got my Asda gift card now. All went very smoothly.

May be they needed to have a temporary whip-round to help out with Mr. Zahawi's tax bill?creditavenger said:A quick update on my 'missing' YouGov reward payments situation.

Response from yougov.finance Support regarding Virgin Money:
- ask Virgin Money (DOH. that won't help)
- they have passed the question to their Research Team, whoever that is.
Doesn't sound we'll get a resolution anytime soon

Actually I think 1 is the correct solution. It is VMs Open Banking login page ( https://online.virginmoney.com/SSO/SSO/CustomerIdView.jsf ) that is at issue, as the customer ID has been restricted to 7 digits:
I did try manually editing out the restriction, but they are also validating the form input and restricting server-side as well. VM needs to change this so that it will accept the 10 digit customer ID's most of us have.
0 - ask Virgin Money (DOH. that won't help)

Virgin are telling people* that if their customer ID is 10 digits, they need to select Clydesdale or Yorkshire Bank. Which unfortunately are not offered by Truelayer.masonic said:I did try manually editing out the restriction, but they are also validating the form input and restricting server-side as well. *This is the case for several Truelayer implementations4 -
Yeah when I spoke to Zahawi earlier, I said that he could hang on to our ton and a half for a bit longer, if it would help. I did say that we would need to have it back next week at the latest though.Band7 said:
