I am also waiting for payments from 14th Jan, but since that was a Saturday and the FAQ says it can take 1-3 working days to arrive, it isn't late yet.
My £100 arrived Today. Better late than never
Retired 1st July 2021.
This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."2 -
Pleased to hear that your missing payment finally showed up, Quirky
All of our outstanding ones arrived this morning too
Mrs Creditavenger’s long ago matured succession of Virgin Money’s Reg e-Savers which had languished in her list of accounts, since becoming unclosable read-only easy access affairs (with sort codes starting with 08) yielded an impressive tally of 17 x 100 pts for her in the You Gov offer thing.
There was no problem linking these using her 7 digit VM Customer ID via the YouGov finance link.
However, when I try to link my own similar VM accounts via YouGov finance using my own 7 digit VM customer ID I am told by VM that “the online service is not running and to try again later”. I have tried to access on numerous occasions over the past week without success.
When I go direct to theVM login, outside of the YouGov finance link, I am able to access the VM service and my accounts can be viewed. Is anyone else experiencing this sort of problem. Does anybody have any idea why this would be the case? Is there a workaround that would allow me to link these accounts so I can cash these points in, which I have overlooked?

I wonder if YG are applying their own validation checks to the 7 digit customer ID field (as I think masonic mentioned earlier) and mine is being rejected for some reason. Although both of our customer IDs are 7 digit Alphanumeric fields, my wife's is 4 alpha followed by 3 numeric whereas mine is 1 numeric, 1 alpha, 3 numeric, 2 alpha. Could YG somehow be rejecting the format that mine is in?......or am I talking nonsense and just clutching at straws here?0 -
This is weird. I have successfully added VM savings accounts from 3 different Customer IDs. Like you, I got an error when trying the second one, in Chrome. Tried the second one in Edge, where it worked instantly. The third one wouldn’t work in Edge or in Chrome. So I ran CCLEANER, after which adding the third one worked first time.1

Thanks for your suggestions Band7
Chrome, Edge, Ccleaner already tried and retried on desktop and laptop machines without success.
I'll give it another go today though and report back if I get anywhere with it.
Does anyone have any real insight on what YG considers an active account to be?
Is there a minimum age from opening date, minimum number of transactions etc. What I'm trying to avoid doing is squandering my newly created ones by linking them too early.
I see that YG still link the inactive accounts that did not qualify for points. If you try to delink them you get a message to say that if you do this you won't be able to add them in the future. Does this mean that at some point they could become accepted as active and YG will add points to your YG account?0 -
So there's still no way to add the VM accounts that require the 10 digit customer number log in, no?0

Has anyone else lost their access to YouGov or it is just me being the lucky one? I am unable to log in as they no longer send an access code to my email address and they keep sending the same generic email in response to my messages when I attempt to contact their support.0
