    No joy, I think thats probably it for Chase, now they've slightly moved the goalposts, by me removing access I've lost them. Never mind.

    I reckon a lot of us will have our numbers slowly dwindle now we can't add.

    I don't know tbh, I did think afterwards that perhaps with the new rules on numbers that it classed it as me adding not renewing.

    Santander won't renew either so I've e-mailed customer services but its no biggie.

    Hi, just trying to renew my connections. I am trying to do it as I have done successfully previously using my phone camera to scan the plaid qr image on yougov which then usually takes me automatically into the bank app on my phone where I can authorise as required. However, this time my camera is picking up the qr code (with the yellow frame surrounding the code as normal) but nothing happens (so doesn’t seem to be recognising it?) and it just stays on the camera image without taking me into the app. Tried it with three of my connections and same issue with all. Anyone know how to resolve this or had the same problem?

    Might try using the YouGov app, negates having to use the camera as the bank app opens directly.

    Its gone through now, left it a few days and tried again.

    Mystery!! But thankyou. Just Santander not playing ball now.

    I've somehow managed to get back up to 10... the previous round I checked the wrong credit card in Natwest and then lost one. This time I just checked them all and it's woken the one I lost before up...
