Got the email as well and I find it interesting that it doesn't mention anywhere the 3 account limit for new users.0

There is a screenshot of the app within the email, and that shows the 3 account limit. I can't copy it here as I deleted the email once I spotted it.1

"Bank transfers will be back soon. We're sorry for the inconvenience."
Let's hope so!!0 -
I had 2 Natwest accounts connected to Yougov, renewed around a month ago along with another 8 accounts. Today Yougov advised by email that the connections for these two accounts had expired, and i should reconnect them. With some trepidation, I requested reconnection through the app - and it worked like a dream 😀 Phew!
It’s a mystery why the connections had expired. According to Natwest, the two accounts have been connected to Plaid since December 19, and were connected again today. AFAIK, the only Plaid connection I use is for Yougov. Both accounts had originally been connected ages ago, when Yougov were still using Truelayer, without any problems.
Good of Yougov to notify the problem, though0 -
everyone seems to have a (different) connection that it a pig, mine is TSB which has expired 2 or 3 times unexpectedly over the 90 day periodfriolento said:I had 2 Natwest accounts connected to Yougov, renewed around a month ago along with another 8 accounts. I was up rather late last night and was flooded with emails from yougov regarding my bank connections 6 days early
It was 1am so I decided to leave the reconnect till morning
Big mistake, none were successful at 8am so I put it down to traffic
Just connected all 10 in about 3 minutes flat, no problems whatsoever0 -
Randomy had one of my connections time out early and at the same time I tried to re-connect co-op again and it finally reconnected. So guess they finally fixed their issue with co-op bank. Back up 10 again.

My last post above didn’t quite go to plan
Yes they all connected but there were duplicates of 3 banks that had been connected since I connected previously so I got a sorry email stating they had made an error and now I only have seven
I replied to the email saying it wasn’t fair as it was their fault
I didn’t get a reply so last night I tried to connect my other 3 and hey presto it worked so I’m back to 100 -
Repeating this helpful advice from @sparky0138- Go into the profile on your Chase account (top left of app)
- Settings
- Permission and integrations
- Open banking
- Click on Plaid
- Remove access
- Log out of Chase and completely close the app on your phone (don't know if doing this makes a difference but it worked for me)
- Renew the account(s) on YouGov Banking
Resolves the error saying the link has already been used2 -
Uploading browser history reveals the below error. Anyone else getting the same?
