Might try using the YouGov app, negates having to use the camera as the bank app opens directly.

2. Settings
3. Permission and integrations
4. Open banking
5. Click on Plaid
6. Remove access
7. Log out of Chase and completely close the app on your phone (don't know if doing this makes a difference but it worked for me)
8. Renew the account(s) on YouGov Banking

No joy, I think thats probably it for Chase, now they've slightly moved the goalposts, by me removing access I've lost them. Never mind.

I reckon a lot of us will have our numbers slowly dwindle now we can't add.

I've somehow managed to get back up to 10... the previous round I checked the wrong credit card in Natwest and then lost one. This time I just checked them all and it's woken the one I lost before up...

The same for me!  Last renewal time, I lost one of my two BoS accounts and I could find no way to restore it; yesterday, when renewing all my accounts, the system accepted the "lost" BoS account, so I'm back to ten.

I think it's 7 days. Occasionally you'll get an account that loses its connection and they'll send you an e-mail to let you know.

It was 7 days previously and 6 days last time (2 weeks ago) for me.  They send renewal e-mails for each bank account when it is ready to be reconnected.

Anyone having issues renewing Chase? I've removed access as per the workaround but when I go through the Plaid process and the Chase app opens it doesn't do anything.

I did for quite some time, if you scroll back a few pages I had some kind advice which I think worked (cannot remember more than that).
