Has anyone attempted to renew connections since the drop in the number of accounts you can add? Curious as to whether existing accounts beyond the limit can be renewed or must be removed. I've got another month left to run.
As per my previous comment all my 10 were due for renewal just after the email came out, they all renewed fine and have been earning as normal since then

Received 10(!) emails this AM telling me that I need to re-consent on my accounts. Not had any disconnections across my set that I'm aware of (my account history shows 10x5 points were earned yesterday).

Don't suppose it matters which of the accounts I now renew up to my max of 3? I'll try a 4th but I bet it bounces.

Might not start with Co-op or TSB as these seem to have given grief to others.

My accounts are up for renewal but when I click them the QR code isn't there? I can log into each bank via internet banking but it's a pain and going straight to the app is much easier. Are the QR codes somewhere else?

Quite right @Nick_C, 10 current accounts renewed with little fuss (Barclays was a PITA and VM doesn't use the app).

@Leew89 are you logging into Yougov on a Windows machine and intending to use your smartphone to fire up banking apps? Works for me. Can only suggest the usual advice of trying a different browser.
  • Connection losses (if they occur) - are they notified by email? Should I be checking the things regularly?
not always, TSB is my problem child connection & I now check periodically when i'm online as early ish on in this revised system it disconnected and I wasn't aware for a couple of days until I happened to be answering a survey & looked at my account record.
I've got into the habit of checking my connections every time I respond to a survey but so far the e-mails have proved reliable.

I'm using an Android tablet with the plan to scan with my phone. Good shout on a different browser. Will give it a go 👍

They seem a bit slower than normal paying out. I requested a payout on Saturday. I knew I wouldn't get it until Monday, but I usually get it within a couple of hours. Nothing yet.
Same with me, requested Sat but nothing yet.
I cashed out Tuesday 26/11, still no sign of payment. Has anyone received a payment in the last week, thanks.

It's slower than it was with YouGov Finance. It used to be same day if I recall, it was next day (working day I assume) for me a couple of weeks ago

Now when you reconsent, instead of just doing it like the old system did, you have to actually go into the app and confirm again. All the QR codes are still opening in the browser instead of the apps, making it a big chore.
