You can download an N180 and return via email to CCBC and a copy to the claimant today.
@Grizebeck has a discussion regarding how to answer the questions on the N180.2 -
AllSticks said:I've just opened a letter that came early this week and it's the 'Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track'.
Also attached is the Form N180.
I'm told that this form needs to be completed and filed by tomorrow! 10 minutes on the downloaded form
Should/can I call the court and ask for an extension? No Need
If not could I fill out the form physically or online and email it across to the relevant parties? Download a form and fill it in electronically
Should I fill this out right away and send registered next day delivery to relevant parties? Do not use registered/ recorded/signed-for, just e-mail as per the guidance already referred to.

Thanks Le_Kirk,
I probably sent my worried message hastily given the dates.
I should've known email would be accepted.
Filling out now ready to get it filed.
Thanks1 -
You can download an N180 and email to CCBC and DCBL, make sure you receive auto receipt confirmation from CCBC.
It won’t be filed for at least 28 days as CCBC have a backlog.
If you hadn’t of responded they would’ve sent out a reminder.

Thanks The _Loner.
Another query I have as I'm filling the N180 form out.
The guide I'm following doesn't seem to correspond correctly to whats on the paper form.
This is the guide I've started using:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/71763411#Comment_71763411
I think the guide should read 'E' instead of 'D':
E1 - Hearing venue
E2 - Expert Evidence
E3 - Witnesses
E4 - Hearing (availability)
The section D1 is not the 'hearing venue' but asking about suitability for determination without a hearing.
Should I put an 'x' in the Yes box?
If I say no I have to state why not.

Just follow the guidance in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post, and Template Defence Announcement, no one is sitting with a hair-trigger stopwatch at the CCBC!Unnecessary panic! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Please could someone unlock the secret to finding Coupon-mad's 'heavily edited' version of the N180 - D1 question/answer template, mentioned in this screenshot at the bottom?
I've been searching the forum for the last hour and I'm at a loss. Perhaps it isn't a public edit?
Is it hidden in the newbies thread? I promise (this time) I'm not being lazy, I'm really struggling to find it.
Failing that I suppose I can cherry pick some basics from the template at the top of the screenshot.
It's not totally accurate to my experience but I could take the fundamentals.
Thanks again

Not quite sure what you are asking for, but does @Boat_to_Bolivia's post on your thread Today at 10:38AM not help with that?2
