British Gas not giving full energy discount

January has been later for most people, I assume because of bank holiday dates. Probably delayed when the government sent the money to the companies and so they were unable to send it on to their customers for a few days.Barnsley, South Yorkshire

BG emails told me it would be within 10 working days (14 days) of the direct debit coming out, which it has been for me. It hasn't been within the first 10 days of the month. It has varied month 1 month by a few days but nothing more than that.Astria said:
