@preloved1416 which address were these letters sent to? The old address or the current one?0 -
I sent the acknowledgement of service while I prepared to file a defence, should I call them to let them know that 28 days have not passed?0
-
Or should I simply file the defence as planned within 28 days of the claim form0

I am still planning to send the defence, please can you advise what I should include? I have never received the SAR I requested back in January, does this have an impact?0

On 27th February you told us you had received a letter from DCB Legal putting the matter on hold for thirty days.
It simply is not possible for a Claim to be Issued and a Default Judgment to be filed just fifteen days later. Allowing for five days for service, it will be more than nineteen days before any Judgment can be made.
How many Claims are involved here?2 -

There were two separate letter of claims received from DCB Legal, it appears both amounts have been added together. Also, I did not post in here that I received the claim form because I sent off the acknowledgment of service and thought I had all of the advise I needed by reading other threads on this site.1
