DCB Legal Letter of Claim - UKPC

OK, having looked back at the start of this thread, this is what the story was up to you showing us the default judgment today:
4th Jan, you tell us about your LoC and are advised on how to respond and request 30 days for debt advice.
9th Jan, you tell us about no response to the SAR you sent to PPC. No idea when you sent that but irrelevant for your defence.
22nd Feb, over 6 weeks later, you tell us that you've received ANOTHER LoC for different PCN at the same car park.
You also tell us that you sent "the same email to DCB Legal" but don't clarify exactly what email.
27th Feb, you tell us about a response from DCB Legal to your 30 day debt request which they acknowledge but it is not very clear which delay request they are referring to as you now appear to have 2 LoCs ongoing.
16th Mar, today you show us the default CCJ.
Just to be clear, you don't mention anywhere that you actually received an N1 Claim with PoC but you mention that you say that you filed an AoC and are still formatting your defence. Can you see the confusion here?

So something happened on Monday 27th February.
What happened on Monday 27th February?
What was posted with a 1st class stamp? It certainly wasn't a County Court Claim Form.1 -

To get a default CCJ the following must have happened:
1. LoC (plus response/30 day blah blah, if done)
2. N1 Claim
3. AoC
4. Defence submitted
5. N180 DQ
6. Notice of allocation
7. Hearing date
8. WS submission
9. Hearing
10. CCJ
In this case all you have told us about is #1, prep for #4 and #10.
When did items #2 & #3 occur? Has ALL correspondence been sent to your current address?0 -
@preloved1416 you have a lot of people trying to help you here...the trouble is, you don't seem to be helping yourself.
Just take a deep breath and start again. From the beginning. Help others help you.3 -
Date of issue of the claim form?
Which address did you send the Acknowledgement to? There are several addresses on that form.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I spoke to the court this morning and they claim not to have received by AoS (I should have sent tracked), therefore a default judgement was made and my only option is to file an an N244 to Set Judgment Aside. Do you know what the rate of success is here?0
