Mr SA's purchases did make me laugh
Enjoy the sunshine. It was cold and frosty here this morning!2 -
Morning all. What day is it 😆Losing track of time.
Mr SA is still fast asleep so I’m enjoying the peace and quiet. He managed to get his new bag yesterday so is now looking for a bracelet. It’s never ending! The weather is fantastic with temperatures in the high 20s, supposed to be hitting 30 today. Cooler at night but only to the extent where I need a light jacket over a sleeveless dress, Mr SA is warm enough in just a t shirt.Today we’re going to walk to the old town and harbour. I’ve been clocking up well over 20,000 steps every day as I can’t just get up and flop on a sunbed all day.I’ve also been managing to do my Duolingo lessons so won’t lose my streak. It’s nice to be able to make use of all that learning in real life in the restaurants and shops.Would definitely stay in these apartments again, they’re a hidden gem, really quiet and no kids running around. The bloke on reception is really friendly and helpful.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9 -
Glad you are having a good time.
Bring some of that sunshine and warmth back with you please.2 -
It sounds wonderful. Please send us some of that heat!
Well done for keeping up the Duolingo. There's such a feeling of achievement in using it in real life, isn't there.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)
