Day 1 and Mr SA has already got a new pair of sunglasses, a wallet and a skull necklace. He’s now looking for a man bag and a bracelet 😬 He’s asleep right now and I’m sunbathing. It’s very hot today. Oh to live somewhere like this where you don’t have any need for central heating.

I love Mr SA's holiday purchases. You enjoy thst sunshine, @Sun_Addict, because it is very chilly in our neck of the woods today. I'm wearing tights & hand knitted socks, 2 tops & a jumper & still had to put my coat on for a few garden jobs this afternoon. Even they were to do with the cold. Big frost expected overnight, apparently, so I've been cloching veggie plant babies, bubble-wrapping & trying to protect anything vulnerable from the sharp drop in temperatures. According to the thermostat, our house hasn't yet got above 15.5°C today..CH went off a while back but even I could be tempted to light the stove in our lounge tonight, & you know I'm being a tightwad with energy-use so as to re-build credit for winter.
So that's the temperature back home..Defo worth enjoying every scrap of that sunshine while you can!

Have a lovely holiday @Sun_Addict. Looks beautiful and hot. Cold and wet here and even put the heating on for 1/2 hour earlier. Fab about the sunbeds, our hotel had a booking system for sunbeds where you could book for 2 days ahead and attendants to sort out any disputes! (There were plenty which was entertaining to watch).3
