All these stories really made me laugh out loud. I have a friend who positively encourages "strange people". If we're in a bar, restaurant or whatever she homes into them and strikes up a conversation. The stories I could tell you!!!Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.4

Loving the attracting nutters stories 🤣🤣 Glad it’s not just me. We must look sympathetic 🤣
Did my usual ClubFit class this morning then went to the big Mr T, took the dog on the park on the way home. The rest of the day was spent outside in the glorious sunshine. I did a few bits of gardening but mostly sat reading my book in my hanging chair.Tonight’s dinner is veg curry, not homemade it’s the side order from the Mr M curry deal, Mr SA has the lamb rogan josh he likes.Prosecco rolled over from last week will be extracted from the fridge shortly so that’s me asleep after the first glass 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
Morning all, happy Sunday.Today should be a NSD, I don’t think we’re going any further than the park across the road.I need to do some indoor jobs today, particularly sorting out my summer clothes and putting the winter ones away. I think the weather is going to be a bit cloudier so I won’t be tempted to sunbathe so much. Also need to do a meal plan for the week ahead. New 4 week budget period starts tomorrow.First Spanish lesson of the day is done. I need to do a couple of stretching sessions from the FitOn app to keep up with the challenge I joined. I’ll do those this morning or I’ll forget.Tonight’s dinner is lemon and herb salmon with new potatoes and veg. Mr SA is having steak. I hardly touched the Prosecco last night so there’s loads left over for tonight 🥂
Enjoy your day folks ☀️I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -
Got loads done today as the weather was a bit hit and miss, one minute sunny the next cloudy. I did manage a far bit of time reading in the garden when the sun was out though. The winter clothes and boots are packed away and the summer clothes and sandals are out. I have quite a few things never worn and don’t plan to so am thinking about listing them on eBay.Got quite a lot done in the garden while Mr SA was having his afternoon nap. Also litter picked on the park across the road this morning while dog walking. It’s lovely to hear people say they think the park is looking really nice these days and thank me 😇 😆 To be fair I’m not the only one who litter picks but I do the bulk of it and you can tell the difference when I come back from holiday.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7

I have been having good results selling mine and my grandchildrens clothes on Vinted.
Its very easy to upload and the buyer provides the postage label.
If you have not had a look it might be worth it as it feels easier than ebay to me.Although I do worry when you put the parcel with no labels on into one of those locker boxes, but they seem to work it out and everything gets delivered at no cost to you. So if you sell for £5 you get £5 in your account.5 -
I've been using vinted too. Very easy to use although I'd say it's a buyer's marketplace and prices are competitive.2

Morning all, happy Monday. No work today 🥳 I have 3 short weeks in a row as off next Friday and the following one 😀I’ve never dabbled with Vinted but will take a look, thanks. It’s just a shame to put brand new things with tags in the charity bag, although I have done in the past just because I can’t be bothered with the faff of selling. It might encourage me to part with things I no longer wear/use if I’m getting something for them.
It looks like it’s going to be cloudy again today so the plan is to do the housework. I want to go to the big Mr T this morning for some plants I saw on Saturday and wish I’d picked up. Tomorrow’s Mr M order needs to be finalised.I still have leftover Prosecco 🥂 It’s like a bottomless bottle 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -
I haven't had much luck on vinted but loads of people I know have. I think Sashy sells a lot on there.
