It's been a very challenging week and so I'm glad it's over work wise!

Scales were not pretty this morning, and I am disappointed, but I haven't been eating or sleeping well.  Hopefully I can get back on track this weekend.

Not sure what the plans are for the weekend, I think I'm just going to chill.  I'm tired and grumpy and it's too hot to be worrying about all the stuff.  Maybe I'll get up tomorrow full of enthusiasm!

    Hope you feel better tomorrow.

Sorry the scales weren't kind. Be kind to yourself anyway.

Chilling is a good antidote to feeling frazzled.

Thank you :)  Another poor night's sleep but I'm more motivated to eat well so that's good.  Not sure about doing anything else!

Hope you enjoyed the takeaway.  A day off is always a blessing

I love the sun, but it's just too warm and horrible at night.

Sorry lots of others are tired and out of sorts as well.   Hope it improves for everyone.

A day off always improves things, so I'm still tired but not quite so out of sorts (at the moment!).  Little miss has an assembly this morning so I'll go to that, then probably just chill for the day.

I got some cashback this morning, so added that to my PAD.  This month is a record breaker!

I've got to cashout on a survey site for the first time in ages, but there are no amazon vouchers listed.  I'm hoping it's just a case they are out of stock, and will get them back in soon.  If not, I'll probably cash out with something else then ditch it.

Back from assembly.  I did make an effort and take a bag of clothing to the clothing bank at the school.  I did manage to ram it in, but the bank is full, so I'd better wait before taking anything else (any excuse :D ).  I like to use that one as it fundraises for the school.
