    that's a cracking PAD today - well done!

    As for soaking of various things, I usually have frozen pre cooked chickpeas in the freezer, and I did a batch of yellow split peas a couple of weeks ago too. I want to remember to do black beans this weekend, I think. with pretty much anything like that, I've discovered the benefit of soaking for a full 24 hours pre cooking - it reduces the cooking time far more than the standard overnight soak.

    Just catching up. I noticed carrot and swede mash in MnS and it was pricey so excellent idea to make and freeze.
