I have very much enjoyed doing nothing but basking in the sun with a book today
The kids enjoyed their first aid course too which is good.
Tomorrow's meant to be dull/wet again, so I shall have another pottering day. The kids have a friend coming over for a couple of hours, so they will enjoy that."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". I didn't do my walk this morning, feeling tired and achey. Probably an effect of doing so much sitting around yesterday
I've moved some furniture around this morning into little miss's room, so got some exercise! I've also tidied around and cleaned up.
The kids have disappeared upstairs with their friend so I can potter in peace for a bit. We are going out later to visit family as well.
Have a good day everyone"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee3 -
Sounds like you're having a lovely week - you planned it about right with yesterday being such a lovely day for sitting out too - assuming you have similar to us it's way greyer here today!
The cardboard scratching post is a good idea, although ours never wanted to know about anything specific she was provided with for the purpose of claw-sharpening - the carpet, sofa and doorframes were apparently quite adequate for her needs, thank you!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

We got rid of the previous scratcher as she didn't use it, so she's definitely fussy! She tends to stick to the carpet and stairs, so maybe something that lies flat would suit her better."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". The kid's friend who loves animals but doesn't have any pets, wanted to walk the dog, so I've managed to get my walk in after all today
I did a survey for my water company. The first question it asked was how much do I pay for my water. I put in the amount (rated value), and it said 'that's quite expensive, are you sure it's correct?'. If even the water company thinks my bill is too expensive, then it's probably time to switch to a meter"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
