Shopping was delivered this morning, so we are all stocked up again.  We've had a nice roast for lunch too.

Went out to visit relatives to thank them for looking after the cat, DH collected the dog yesterday from her holiday.  This afternoon I just plan on chilling!  I'm tired.

I did very well on holiday, we walked around 4-6 miles per day which is a lot for me!  I did have some knee pain but it stood up well, even on the hills, and I managed more than I thought I would.  I'm pleased with that.  Fed up with my broken body though, a week with very limited snacking, lots of exercise and not eating huge meals, and I've gained weight 🙄. I've cancelled my SW membership as it was due to renew next week.  I'm just going to try and keep up the movement, and eat well and stop focussing on the scales again.

Good to see you back. It sounds as if you had a lovely time.
You did well to walk so much whilst away.
There are other health markers more important than the scales like BP and BS for example. Maybe you have improvements elsewhere?
    Savings looking good  :)

Thank you :)  I'm due a blood test, but nervous about booking one due to the lack of improvement in weight.  I probably should though.

Thank you :)  No nice £100 boost this month though which is a shame :D
