  • I got notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track.
There is an option of mediation which seems to be tempting so no more time is wasted on this ridiculous parking case. Do you know if other people had success in mediation with VCS ? i would be happy if they just dropped the case and i will not be chasing them for potential 90£ of costs. Please advise me if you can.

Don't waste your time with mediation. You want an in person hearing.

BBC WatchDog “if you are struggling with an unfair parking charge do get in touch”

Please email your PCN story to watchdog@bbc.co.uk they want to hear about it.
Please then tell us here that you have done so.

  • thanks for advice - in the form if i choose in person hearing how shall i justify it?

    Mediation
Mediator: Mrstingy2022, how much do you want to pay?
    Mrstingy2022: £ZERO
Mediator: PPC, how much are you prepared to accept?
    PPC: £FULL
    End of mediation!
  • VCS might have to pay 90£ if i win so i thought they might just drop the case :)

You will be disadvantaged against a qualifed legal rep without the opportunity to question them face to face / challenge their evidence. You want to be heard. I've seen better wording on here, perhaps search the forum for in person hearing.

It's already in @Grizebeck's thread from June, the wording you need.

  • Is there a way to send N180 form by email - which prevents from being lost. I read newsbies thread again and cannot find it anywhere.
Also when filing N180 can i fill it by hand or rather computer and then print out.
Sorry if that was explained already somewhere. You seem to have a great deal of patience for me so far :)
