@Suffolk_lass took me 3 reads to get the black box 😂
I help a neighbour doing bits, actually lots of decluttering and also bits of guidance re her finances since she lost her DH 3 years ago. She has never had to deal with money. She had slowly been going through the bills account and getting rid of some payments going out that she no longer needed. She was showing me something when I happened to notice some reoccurring payments to same company twice a month! The bank was challenged about this, she was informed it was a continuous subscription charge and advised to contact the company which she did.(she dies have her wits about her still) Any how 2 1/2 months down the line she is getting 3 years payments back to when her DH passed and some compensation totalling £1000. A great budgeting result!!
