My visitors were unable to come yesterday,so it was an easy AFD after all.I may have people come today,and doubtless over the weekend,as there are birthdays  on 26th and 28th  But inching towards my pompoms....or possibly even the foam finger?.........

Hi, thanks for all the support. Needless to say I haven't had any alcohol so now I'm on 18/18. I'm starting to wonder if the weird foot/leg thing is down to stress as much as anything else. Had it really bad Thursday night and couldn't sleep so ended up taking a sleeping pill. There isn't really much booze left in the house now, just a bit left over from Christmas - couple of cans of Guinness, a few little bottles of 'french' lager and a bit of whiskey.
