My topping of choice is lemon and sugar also. My husband had ice-cream and a (large) slug of brandy on his. My cutting down is not shared by DH unfortunately, sigh ,😞.

18/26 for me today please. 

I've got 3 days of busyness ahead but I'm wondering if I'll be fit for any of it. I feel like I've got a tennis ball stuck in my throat. I've had  trouble taking my essential tablets for the last few days, too. 

@marahouti , brandy wouldn't tempt me, but the ice cream would.

Another AF day for me so 18/15 please. I shared a bottle of wine with my OH on Monday and had a tiring day Tuesday so was tempted to say oh let's have some wine but was pleased I resisted. 

However, now I really want pancakes with lemon juice and sugar and some ice cream! 😂😂

Good morning everybody, declaring early today to keep me motivated - 11/13 please @cathybird
I was at the pub last night. The thing I noticed was how few offerings there are for those choosing not to drink alcohol: nasty lemonade or other soda were the only choices. This has not been a problem I have had to deal with in my life, up until now!!

There are some decent non-alc' beers - BrewDog IPA is one. Avoid Heineken Zero - it tastes like fizzy water that someone has waved a tin of lager at.
