Hi all, three pints of soda and lime yesterday tested my bladder!!  27/27 today and a new emoji - I've cunningly selected targets (Baldrick-stylee) to get a full set!

Well - the new singers were astonishingly good. I won't go on but future looks interesting for Horizon5 !
Lewes 1 Billericay 1 in the football - play-offs look unlikely now.

So close to completing my first month alcohol free for a long time! 
27/28 for me today please cathybird, week 7, couch to 5k later and spin booked for tomorrow evening should get me there

I think my target will be 28 again for next month-The real test to stay in control

Evening - its been another chilly, frosty day here so I'm glad to be home tucked up on the couch.  It's 26/26 for me today yah .....

I have a few social things on in March but I think I will go for 29 just to keep me on track.  Thanks Cathy.
