14 please. Almost at 3 weeks straight. To be fair it’s not been that hard or awful. The first week was hardest and to be expected. The second was revisiting new habits from the week before and this week has been very little thoughts about wanting to drink. It’s like a huge load of unnecessary “back and forth” headspace has been removed.I have still experienced random “I’m stressed” have a drink, it’s the weekend, have some wine. Then I quickly remind myself I’ve come so far and I’m not wasting all these days on my challenge to give up at the end.I’m undecided about what to do come Boxing Day still.Oceandreamer, you’re doing really well too. December isn’t an easy month to stick to the plan.Live for the moment and plan for the future8

Cuppa Tea, thank you for your posts, very interesting. I am also worried about the health effects catching up with me if I don't drastically cut down but I seem to talk a good talk in my head each morning and then cave in to myself most evenings. I am really impressed by how well you are doing, and in December too.6 -
