13/24 please. Decided to do the 30 days - 25th November to 24th December. Unsure if I’ll have a drink Xmas day as driving and volunteering during the day.I’ve got a gastroscopy on the 22nd too so definitely AF until then.It still seems quite a long way to go.Live for the moment and plan for the future8

How ironic I’ve spent most of this year drinking the majority of days but decide to tackle it in the month most find hardest.I knew it couldn’t continue and I wouldn’t keep “getting away with it” health wise.I knew something had to give and the worry over my health was creating so much anxiety.Live for the moment and plan for the future8
