I'm up to 12/24 - I started drinking again as I was feeling sorry for myself after an injury and then I just kept doing it 🤦♀️ no way I'll hit my target this month but I'm okay with that - it's made me realise how easy it is for me to slip back into bad habits if I loosen the reins so I'll use that knowledge going forward 😉

Watty and WBF I’m also struggling.I drunk most days since February and starting to really feel it. I need to stop as I’m carer to my recently disabled child who needs me aliveI have got to stop using wine to hide from my problems. It’s making more.I can think of 3 days I’ve had AF this month. Will check in later to make it 4.Live for the moment and plan for the future4

Sorry to hear of all those struggling at the moment - real life can get on top of us and it is so easy to resort to alcohol to ‘numb the pain’ - I know as I did it myself when I was struggling a year or so ago but the lovely people on here helped and got me back to posting regularly 😀.
12/10 for today please cathybird5 -
Declaring 4 please. Not even tempted today.Live for the moment and plan for the future4

Really sorry to hear of everyone’s struggles of late. I, too, can really sympathise with those dealing with family issues.4/10 for me please @cathybird - very sloooooooooooow progress this month so let’s see where it ends up. I would have given up far earlier had it not been for the friendly encouragement here.3
