Good morning everyone. 2/29 for me today, please. With regards to sleep, I found that after I gave up drinking my sleep pattern changed dramatically. I go to bed, go to sleep. Next thing I know, it's time to get up! Boom!Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!3

I managed to reach my target of 20/20 for March - and have started April off on the right foot with 1/TF - I had a chocolate hangover from eating too much chocolate on Sunday!

March ended badly although I have another 4 days to report bringing the total to 16. It's definitely the slippery slope with' me, once I start again I slip into bad habits very quickly. Anyhow, new month and I am going to try for 20 again starting today with 1/203
