19/20 for me today please.
The weather here was biblical, in that at 3pm there was thunder and lightning. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?5 -
14/15 please for yesterday Friday. Don’t think I will make target this month as things already arranged for tonight and tomorrow but not too bad considering holiday and then a further 4 days away. Onwards and upwards for April.

i did not drink last night. I have made it 23/23 That was harder than i thought as allowing a week of drinking seemed generous at the start of the month. Still 23/23 is good. I'm pleased.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

That’s good work, Watty. 23 non-drinking days is, what, about 75% of the month…that’s a pretty healthy ratio.5

Declaring early again - 29/24 to finish the month 😁 yesterday was hard as we were in the garden - once we'd finished the work we were sitting on the swing seat relaxing and alcohol used to play a big part in that for me! However, I've put myself in lots of situations this month that have an association with alcohol and have managed to resist it every time so I'm pretty pleased with the progress I have made 🙌
