Checking in to add just 1 into the pot for yesterday. I have been drinking less overall but this has been my downfall as I have always had 'a glass or two left', drunk this the next day, opened another bottle and rolled onto the next day doing the same.

@family355 This was always an issue for me back in the day too, but there's no shame in pouring the leftover wine down the sink at the end of the night (or the next morning, when you don't feel like drinking anyway). I know it seems wasteful, especially if it would still taste OK, but as you say the idea that the bottle has to be finished results in an unhealthy cycle from day to day. It's better in my opinion to break that cycle by discarding it.
